  • Guests are strongly advised to come by car, since the property is located outside of the city. Please note that pick-up service is not available. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.
  • Please be informed that there are no dining options nearby.
  • Please note that the cottage can only accommodate female groups and mixed-gender groups. For more information, please contact the property directly.
  • Designated smoking areas are not available inside the property. Guests must smoke outside at the terrace.
  • Other persons than staying guests are not allowed in the rooms. This includes friends of staying guests.
  • Please note that for guests staying multiple nights, bedroom cleaning will be provided but the bathroom and kitchen will not be included in the room cleaning service.
  • We may ask you for a pre-payment.
  • The BBQ in the cottage is prohibition.
  • As many people awake early to go trekking then after 10pm there is a no noise policy.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
  • When you stay in 5 persons, 2 persons sleep at the bed of the first floor,1 person sleep at the futon of the first floor, 2 person sleep at the futon of the loft(storehouse).
  • Please note that the property cannot make changes in the breakfast menu.(Breakfast include plan)
